Cross Wire Feeder
The cross wire feeder applies the belt traction method. Its actuator is controlled by the EUROTHERM 590 DC speed regulation device. The cross wire feeding system is also equipped with a velocity sensor. It has a wire core positioning device, with which the wire of different specification can aim at the machine head center. Adjustment range of this cross wire feeding device is from 0 ~ 30m/min. Four shifts: 0 ~ 5.9, 9.7, 17.6, 31.7 m/min.
