Introduction of Quench System
The rolled aluminum rod continuously, speedily passes through the closed cooling pipe of the quench system. Cooling water inside the cooling pipe will constantly, periodically wash the aluminum rod, achieving the quenching effect. On the top of the quench system, a compressed air nozzle is equipped. It is used to blow dry the aluminum rod prior to the coiling. Moreover, the water supply is individually controlled by the valve, and a meter is applied to display the pressure.
